We love to head up to Dalat late in the dry season, when the temperatures are in the thirties and its starting to get humid down here in Mui Ne. The temperature is always cooler during the day and the nights are positively chilly, which is great when you're used to living in the tropics!
There is plenty to do in and around Dalat - its the waterfall capital of Vietnam, with some nice added tweaks: check out the "bob-sleigh" run at the Datanla falls for some downhill thrills. If you're feeling physical, there are great options for hiking, rock climbing, cycling and canyoning.
