Phan Rang My Hoa Buses

You can now book limousine bus tickets online to or from Phan Rang My Hoa, Vietnam's newest kitesurfing destination. The bus will pick up and drop off DIRECTLY at the hotels at My Hoa Lagoon - Vietnam Surf Camping, Sorrento Beach Resort, Phi Kite School and Phan Rang Kite Center. You can travel directly between Phan Rang My Hoa and Mui Ne, Nha Trang, Saigon and Cam Ranh Airport (drop-offs only at the airport, we hope pick-ups will be possible at a later date). At the moment there is only one bus per day, but we hope that more buses will be added soon.

The limousine buses used on these routes are spacious 15-seater buses, with comfortable reclining seats, personal in-seat TV screens, USB chargers, and free wifi.

Low Season Update: The buses directly to Phan Rang My Hoa are only running in the windy season - these buses will be available again (hopefully!) from November 2022 onwards. In the meantime, you can book a taxi to Phan Rang My Hoa at any time.

The bus company has agreed to carry kite luggage for a fixed additional charge of 50.000VND (if under 1.2m long) or 100.000VND (if more than 1.2m long) per sports equipment bag on this route (payable directly to the driver at time of boarding) which means no arguments or hassle for our kitesurfing customers!

Phan Rang is one of our favourite kite spots - great for both flat water and waves and is really probably the windiest place in the whole of Vietnam - at least during the windy season, October to April. The kitespot, about 30 minutes drive from the city, now has multiple accommodation options, with basic rooms from 200.000 VND up to rather luxurious resort cottages with swimming pool. There are also quite a few food options. If you prefer to stay in the city, there are plenty of hotels there in all price ranges - but we recommend the kite spot, it's an amazing place to wake up!
